Galium concinnum is in the bedstraw family, the species name concinnum means “neat and elegant”. This plant has sticky, velcro like leaves that are whorled along the stem. The seeds are thought to be dispersed minorly by mammals getting these plants stuck to themselves and carrying them to a new location. The four petaled flowers of this plant can be seen throughout various woodlands.
