A ball of star-like purple flowers forms on each 18" stem that tends to bend downward. Blooms in midsummer, and the flowers are pollinated by small short-tongued bees. Easy to grow, and will spread gradually when planted in well-drained soil. Perennial.
Mature plant in 1/2 gallon pot.
