Rosin Weed (Silphium integrifolium)
Short 2-3’ tall plant with common milkweed like leaves and native sunflower like yellow blooms. It has a deep taproot making it extremely drought tolerant and slow spreading. Perennial that typically occurs in dry open woods and prairies.
Mature plant in 1/2 gallon pot.
