Crowfoot Fox Sedge has attractive blue-green or gray-green foliage. The strappy leaves often droop away from the primary plant clump. Blooming throughout the summer months, this plant sends up flowering stalks nearly 3 feet high. This plant requires a decent amount of soil moisture and does best in a site with plenty of organic matter. It adapts to any light condition but prefers full sun to light shade. It can withstand temporary or seasonal flooding.
